Description

This creamy Three-Cheese Bacon Queso Dip is a cheesy delight, perfect for parties or game day, and pairs wonderfully with spicy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup crumbled cooked bacon

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 bag spicy tortilla chips

Instructions

1. 1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the cream cheese.

2. 2. Stir in the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until melted and smooth.

3. 3. Add the cooked bacon, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. 4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

5. 5. Serve warm with spicy tortilla chips.

Notes

For an extra kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the dip.

You can substitute the bacon with turkey bacon for a lighter version.
