A creamy and savory dip made with three types of cheese, crispy bacon, and ranch seasoning, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
2. Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses to the mixture and stir until well combined.
3. Fold in the crumbled bacon and ranch seasoning mix until evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions.
7. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
This dip can be made a day in advance for convenience.
