Description

This Three-Cheese Garlic Bread Dip is a decadent blend of three cheeses with garlic, baked to perfection for a crispy crust. Perfect for parties or as a cozy snack!


Ingredients

• 1 cup cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 baguette, sliced for dipping

• 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

3. 3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. 4. Transfer the cheese mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

5. 5. Slice the baguette and brush each slice with olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet.

6. 6. Bake the dip for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

7. 7. Bake the baguette slices for the last 10 minutes until crisp and toasted.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil before serving.
