These Triple Cheese Bacon Burger Stuffed Onion Bombs are a delicious twist on the classic burger, featuring juicy beef, crispy bacon, and three types of cheese, all encased in a flavorful onion shell.

Ingredients

Scale

4 large onions

1 lb ground beef

8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Slice the tops off the onions and carefully remove the insides to create shells.

3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, blue cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Stuff the onion shells with the beef mixture.

5. Roll the stuffed onions in breadcrumbs and place them in a baking dish.

6. Drizzle barbecue sauce over the top of each onion.

7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the onions are tender and the beef is cooked through.
