Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons truffle oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and milk over medium heat.
3. Add cheddar and Gruyère cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
4. Stir in truffle oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra truffle flavor, drizzle more truffle oil on top before serving.
