Description

These Truffle Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a delicious and elegant side dish, perfect for any occasion. The combination of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese elevates the natural flavors of the Brussels sprouts, making them irresistible.


Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons truffle oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with truffle oil, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
