These Ultimate Bacon Cheddar Ranch Bombs are a delicious and indulgent appetizer perfect for parties or game day. Loaded with crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and zesty ranch seasoning, they are sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
1 lb of bacon, chopped
8 oz of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375.
2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Drain and let cool.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and cooked bacon.
4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the filling in the center, then fold and seal.
6. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen. Bake them straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
