This Ultimate BBQ Bacon Burger Stack is a mouthwatering combination of juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, and smoky BBQ sauce, all piled high for the ultimate burger experience.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 burger buns
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Form the ground beef into four equal patties and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
6. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then layer with lettuce, a burger patty, crumbled bacon, a slice of tomato, and onion.
7. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top and place the other half of the bun on top.
8. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
