This Ultimate Thanksgiving Leftover Burger with Cranberry Aioli is the perfect way to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers. Juicy turkey patties, stuffing, and a zesty cranberry aioli come together to create a delicious and festive burger!
Ingredients
– 1 lb leftover turkey, shredded
– 1 cup leftover stuffing
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 hamburger buns
– Lettuce leaves
– Sliced tomatoes
Cranberry Aioli:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste

2. 1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. 3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
5. 4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
6. 5. While the patties are cooking, prepare the cranberry aioli by mixing mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
7. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty on the bottom half of each bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and a generous dollop of cranberry aioli.
8. 7. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
– You can add cheese or other toppings of your choice.
– If you have extra cranberry sauce, feel free to add more to the aioli.
