Ingredients
8 oz Gruyère cheese, grated
8 oz Emmental cheese, grated
8 oz aged cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, halved
1 cup dry white wine
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf of baguette, cut into sticks
Instructions

2. 1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the cut sides of the garlic.
3. 2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white wine and lemon juice over medium heat.
4. 3. Gradually add the grated cheeses to the wine, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
5. 4. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of water to create a slurry and add it to the cheese mixture.
6. 5. Stir in the fresh herbs, salt, and pepper, and keep warm.
7. 6. For the breadsticks, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spread the baguette sticks on a baking sheet.
8. 7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining herbs, bake until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
