Description

Indulge in the rich and decadent Velvet Chocolate Caramel Delight Bars, a perfect blend of chocolate and caramel that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup caramel sauce


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.

4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the caramel sauce.

7. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.

8. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.

9. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
