Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sugar
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. 2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. 3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. 4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in sour cream and vanilla.
5. 5. Melt chocolate chips and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
6. 6. Pour half of the mixture over the crust, drizzle with caramel sauce, then add the remaining cream cheese mixture.
7. 7. Swirl the caramel into the cheesecake with a knife.

9. 9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother batter.
