These Whiskey-Bourbon BBQ Meatball Sliders are the perfect crowd-pleaser for parties. Juicy meatballs infused with whiskey and bourbon, slathered in a tangy BBQ sauce, served on soft slider buns. Your guests will love them!
Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 lb ground pork
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 1 large egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup whiskey
– 1/4 cup bourbon
– 1 cup BBQ sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 12 slider buns
– Pickles for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, whiskey, bourbon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat and add the baked meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. To assemble the sliders, place a meatball on each slider bun and top with additional BBQ sauce and pickles.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of whiskey and bourbon to your taste. You can also use store-bought meatballs to save time!
