Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1/2 cup whiskey
– 1/2 cup beer (lager or pale ale)
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– Skewers (soaked in water if using wooden skewers)
