Description

These Whiskey-Infused Maple Bacon Brisket Sliders are the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors. Perfect for a gathering!


Ingredients

– 2 lbs beef brisket

– 1 cup whiskey

– 1/2 cup maple syrup

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1 tbsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp black pepper

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped

– Slider buns

– Pickles, for serving


Instructions

2. 1. In a bowl, mix the whiskey, maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

3. 2. Place the brisket in a slow cooker and pour the whiskey mixture over it.

4. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the brisket is tender.

5. 4. Once cooked, remove the brisket and shred it with two forks.
