Description
These Zesty Garlic Herb Potato Wedges are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
