Ingredients
1 lb baby carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, toss the baby carrots with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
