Description

These Zesty Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy side dish, perfect for any meal. Coated in garlic, parmesan, and spices, they are roasted to perfection for a crispy texture.


Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
