Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
7. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
