Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
4. Add chicken broth to the dish.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours before baking.
