Description

This Zesty Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon is a delicious and healthy appetizer that combines the freshness of lemon and herbs with the rich flavor of salmon.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4. Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
