Description

This Creamy Cheddar Bacon Potato Bake is a deliciously rich and comforting dish, perfect for family dinners or gatherings. Loaded with crispy bacon, creamy cheese, and tender potatoes, it’s sure to be a hit!


Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish.

4. 4. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and half of the bacon over the potatoes.
