Ingredients

Scale

12 large jalapeños

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

3. 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. 4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese and bacon mixture.

5. 5. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.

7. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

8. 8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some extra cheese on top before baking.

Adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños if you prefer more heat.
