Description

These Spicy Cheddar Jalapeño Bites are the perfect appetizer for any gathering, combining the heat of jalapeños with the rich flavor of cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
