These Spicy Chipotle Chicken Wraps are a delicious and easy lunch option, packed with flavor and nutrition.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cup chipotle sauce
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with chipotle sauce.
2. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lettuce, and tomatoes.
3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of the yogurt mixture.
4. Add a generous portion of the chipotle chicken on top.
5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
6. Slice in half and serve with extra chipotle sauce if desired.
Notes
These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
