Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2. 2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
3. 3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
